Holiday Hours
All of us at ParaFX.com wish
everyone a very safe happy holiday season. We wish the very best to
all our clients and their families and loved ones for the holidays and
into the new year.ParaFX.com Customer
Services and Support departments will be operating on a special schedule
during the holiday season. All support and customer service
inquiries will be responded to as soon as possible, during open hours.
ParaFX.com NetOps staff will continue to monitor systems and operations
throughout the holiday season.
Change Embargo / Change Management
In addition, as part of our change
management policies, ParaFX.com will be entering into a Change
Embargo commencing FRIDAY DECEMBER 19, 2025 and continuing until
MONDAY JANUARY 05, 2026. During this period, there will be no changes
made to the configuration or structure of any service or system in our datacentre.
A change embargo is imposed in order to
ensure that the system and its setup is operating structurally sound.
In addition, many of our vendors, partners and peers in the industry
also impose such an embargo, so as such, we do not introduce any
significant change
factors leading into the holiday period. This aids NetOps staff to
ensure the system continues to run smoothly during the holidays and
prevents potential issues, at a time when some of our vendors and
partners are also operating a holiday schedule. Therefore all changes to system configuration
are halted until 2026. All services will continue to be
monitored and any issues that may arise, will, of course be resolved.
