Holiday Hours
All of us at ParaFX.com wish
everyone a very safe happy holiday season. All of us here want to
wish nothing but the very best in joy, peace, prosperity and good health to you and your
families and loved ones.
ParaFX.com Customer
Services, Billing and Support departments will be operating on a special
schedule during the holiday season. All support and customer
service inquiries will be responded to as soon as possible, when office
hours resume.
ParaFX.com NetOps staff will continue to monitor systems and operations
throughout the holiday season.
CHANGE EMBARGO
As part of our change
management policies, ParaFX.com will be entering into a Change
Embargo commencing Monday Dec 19, 2022 and continuing until
Friday January 06, 2023. During this period, there will be no
significant changes
made to the configuration or structure of any service or system in our datacentre.
Certain exceptions may apply such as critical or urgent security patches
or other similar exceptions. During this window, there will be no
scheduled maintenance or service impacting changes or launches of new or
changed services.A change embargo is imposed in order to
ensure that the system and all services are operating structurally sound.
Many of our vendors, partners and peers in the industry
also impose such an embargo, so as such, we do not introduce any change
factors during the holiday period as part of our co-operation. This aids NetOps staff to
ensure the system continues to run smoothly during the holidays and
prevents potential issues, at a time when some of our vendors and
partners may also be closed. Therefore all changes to system configuration
are halted until 2023. All services will continue to be monitored
at all times and issues that may arise, will be fully investigated and
resolved.
