use valid contact information on their domain registration. The
contact information on your domain name ensures ownership of your chosen
domain name. In order to ensure valid contact information is used,
the domain registry is imposing validation checks and verifications for
domain owners and failure to maintain proper contact information can
result in your domain name being revoked.
It is important to note that these
enforcements are imposed by the domain registry across the domain and
hosting industry and are not specifically from ParaFX.com so these
enforcements will apply even if your domain is registered elsewhere.
Registering a New Domain
When registering a new domain, you must include full and proper
contact information. All aspects of your contact info should be
valid. Upon completion of your registration, an email will be sent
to the admin contact on the domain to confirm the details of your
registration. If you do not confirm, your domain registration will
not complete successfully. To ensure your registration
completes successfully, you must make sure you have entered all contact
information properly and also watch your email (the email address you
used on your registration) for the confirmation email that will follow
your order. Simply follow the enclosed instructions to confirm
your registration.
Transferring Your Domain Name
When transferring your domain,
you must include full and proper contact information. All aspects
of your contact info should be valid. Upon completion of your
registration to transfer, an email will be sent to the admin contact on
the domain to confirm the details of your registration/transfer.
If you do not confirm, your domain registration will not complete
successfully. To ensure your registration completes
successfully, you must make sure you have entered all contact
information properly and also watch your email (the email address
currently listed as the admin contact on your domain) for the
confirmation email that will follow your order. Simply follow the
enclosed instructions to confirm your registration.

Renewal reminders are sent by email, to the admin contact email
address on your domain. It is important that you maintain your
contact info on your domain in order to receive these renewal reminders.
The renewal reminders are sent from the registry on the behalf of
ParaFX.com and are mandatory to give you the opportunity to renew your
domain. If the registry detects that these renewal reminders are
generating a bounce back email because the email address on file is not
valid or current, your domain could be placed on hold by the registry -
which may result in your domain and the hosting services attached to it
to be non-functional.

Validation
The registry also requires us to send contact information
verification. This has been in place for a number of years
already. You may receive an email to confirm that your contact
information is still up to date. You may be required to confirm
that the contact info is correct. If not, you must correct this
information. If your contact information is not maintained as
valid, the registry may impose a hold on your domain which will take all
related services to your domain offline.
Recommendations
In light of the new restrictions and enforcements that are now
imposed by the registry, we strongly advise that all clients who have
domains registered, maintain their contact information as accurate and
valid. As a domain owner, you are obligated to maintain this
information at all times, however there are new enforcements in place to
ensure complete and correct information. The contact information
on your domain is not used by our company to be given to any third party
marketing companies. The contact information on your domain will
be used to advise you of domain policies, direct operations for your
domain name (renewal reminders, contact info update reminders etc) and
also may be used to advise you in regards to any related services with
our company such as hosting.
